Facility Use Requests
Interested in having an event at Kersey Community Church?
Please complete the Statement of Faith Agreement and submit the associated facility use form for your event to the church office. The Statement of Faith agreement must be submitted and the associated facility use request form found below must be emailed or dropped off to the Kersey Community Church office for approval prior to the event.
**IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED A STATEMENT OF FAITH FOR A PRIOR EVENT AT KERSEY COMMUNITY CHURCH,
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESUBMIT A NEW STATEMENT OF FAITH WITH YOUR NEW FACILITY USE REQUEST**
